Though I can't say I've seen it all or done it all in the Hospitality & Restaurant Industry, I would say its pretty darn close. However anyone in The Industry knows that every single new day brings interesting opportunities and challenges.
Be it operationally, human resources related or customer service issues, The Industry has to be one of the most difficult, stressful and yet most rewarding our there; in my humble opinion.
To really understand this Industry and get the BIG picture as well as pay attention to the details, you need a broad base of understanding. I beleive that my 30 plus years in The Industry, has giving me an excellent perspective on helping others get the most out of it.
