I've worked for family businesses, franchises, corporate owned, small, medium and large enterprises and universities; from the 5 star to the no star, the Boutique Hotel, Destination Resort, busy Airport, sophisticated Downtown and Conference center; with limited to full service; from 80 rooms to 1500 rooms.

In Hotels and Restaurants I have been employed in almost every position, from dishwasher, janitor, security guard, bouncer, manager, bus-person, waiter, supervisor, division manager, desk clerk, general manager, accountant and project manager etc...

As well firmly believing in this Industry, I have been a Board Member of the BC&YHA (now BCHA), the VHA, HIR, a Owner -Union Labour negotiator and a committee member of many Hospitality and Tourism Associations.
